week one
I pinned Monday( jan 25h) and Thursday morning after a shower around 9a.. the first time , it took me along time to draw the test from the vial.. but now i got the hang of it.

i started my cycle around 207pds. I am 215 as of monday night.. tomorrow will my 4th pin of test.. No sides so far. my good freind, said my face is bigger too. my balls still feel pretty good.

mood i have been cool and calm. i feel good.

week 2
3rd pin was my delt and 4th was glute with a 25g 1.5

injecting is becoming easyer. the glute was a litte more painful then my delt.

well aim high and u cant miss. I Have been eatting like a beast. alot of dirty foods. I still have my 4-5 clean meals but with 2-3 meals of fast food, cookies, or if my coworkers order pizza... i do feel quilty about dirty foods, but i know, preconest starts around may/april... so enjoy life n get bigger

just reduced recovery time, feeling a pump constantly even when i wasnt lifting, getting outrageous pumps when i did lift, feeling of well being, my muscles started feeling full all the time, started noticing my strength/weight increases. things like that.

Instead I would up the dose week 7 to 750 week to keep it 12 weeks long, your a decent sized guy already and will love the mid cycle gains.

It's because half your cycle will be 500mgs and half will be 750mgs. Gains start slowing down around week 6-8 for most due to the body fighting back, part of this is myostatin levels rising. About week 10 myostatin levels will sky rocket so 10-12 weeks is the longest I would ever cycle, if you stay on too long it becomes a losing battle. Along with all this the longer your on recovering the HPTA can be problematic.

if you are just trying to bulk and you have the dbol on hand, why not just use them when your gains start to slow and just keep the test at 500 mgs? ive never understood why people say to put dbol at the front of the cycle instead of towards the middle when gains start slowing down.

so you are around week 4-5 and up 15 pounds...thats good. i noticed that you didnt do anything for hams...do you train them on a seperate day? also to help with your tear drops mess around with the angle of your feet...toes in, toes out. im not sure how much a plate under your feet will help target your tear drops.

I disagree....on all points. Gains are dose related. So much AAS can support so much muscle. Once you hit that point, which is true....usually 8-10 weeks into a cycle, you can bump your growth by increasing something. I am a firm believer that it is in the middle of a cycle that you start your orals, not the beginning. If you use Sustanon as your test, you get the same quick start as using orals up front. Save to orals for the stall....and do 6-10 weeks of orals in the middle to keep growth coming.

I run 20 week cycles all the time and grow through the majority of the cycle. Many pros do the same thing, including cruising on lower doses between cycles. Myostatin is a minor player, other than to set your genetic limit for the number of muscle fibers you'll produce. Receptor down-reg and estrogen levels play a much larger role.

You just disagreed with me but then do the same thing with orals I suggested with test, ie increasing the dose around week 7-9. Also the studies have been posted showing that receptor down regulation is bro-logic, they up regulate in the presence of androgens.

I do agree that many let estrogen get out of control.

i was playing on running dbol during the last 4 weeks, but a good freind of mine who i look to for advice tells its a bad idea bc i wont make any real gains and it will make pct harder.....


Next question.. bumping up t 750 for the last 4 weeks does sound good, but do i need to bump up my AI or anything else?

i feel a ton better, i havent trained back or quads yet tho..

i think i noticed my hair at age 25-26, maybe from the hdrols, epi.. idk and i dont care, bc its cheaper to be bald.. i was spending 40$ a month on a hair cut, now i just spend 50bucks a year on clippers...its great..
