ok so the need2slin came like 20 mins ago. im goin to take it today with my secomd meal as ive already eaten once. and the other dose with my post workout shake. heres my current diet.

Meal 1-4 whole eggs with 1 cup of oatmeal and 1/2 cup almonds
Meal 2-8oz chicken with 1 1/2 cups of brown rice and 1/2 cup almonds
Meal 3-2 scoops of isolyze and 2 scoops of carbolyze with 2 tbsp of natty pb
Meal 4-same as 3 but 3 scoops of carbolyze and no pb
Meal 5-8oz lean ground meat with one big baked potato and 1/2 cup almonds/
Meal 6-4 whole eggs
Meal 7-3 scoops of isolyze and 2 tbsp of natty pb

I am basically just following daves offseason diet.It seems like alot of food because i only weigh 145 but i have no problem eating all that but i just cant gain weight easy. my metabolism is a huge bitch.i dont like to have cheat meals because any type of fast food or food higher in sugar fucks up my stomach idk why i guess because ive always eaten clean since i was little.

heres my current lifting routine

Legs
Chest
Back
Off
Shoulders and traps
Arms
every other day i rotate between calves and forearms/abs. i never do cardio because im so lean naturally so i cant afford to burn any calories.
and my current supps are:
N2KTS-1 scoop pre workout
ALR primed ultra- 2 pills along with the N2KTS
isolyze and carbolyze
fish oil and evening primose oil
and of course the need2slin :)

ill post my workout routines every night after i workout and i will give my feed back on how i feel after taking the need 2 slin with my meals.

oh and as i stated earlier i weigh 145 and im about 5'7. according to the digital scale i have my bf% is 5.5 idk how accurate those scales are tho. i have a hard as hell time puttin on weight even with my current diet. like i said earlier my metabolism is vey fast and unfortunatley i have most of my moms genetics. shes very short and lean but is very muscular for a woman who isnt a bodybuilder. my brother is built more like my dad taller and bigger. im the older one but also the smallest weight wise but defly the leanest. ill try and post pics after i lift too:)

so yesterday i took my firt doses of slin i took two pills with my second meal- chicken rice and almonds. i took the pills about 5 mins before i ate. after about ten minutes i got a little light headed nothing major tho and it went away after about fifteen minutes. i took the second dose after my chest workout. same thing happened tho not as long maybe 5 mins of light headedness. i didnt really notice any difference in pumps or vascularity but it was my first dose. when i took it with my post workout shake however i noticed that i kept my pump in my chest for longer than usual after finishing chest. normally my pump goes away after about 30 mins but yesterday it lasted a good hour. i also felt a sorta warming sensation when i took the slin like in my whole body.

Yes this is carbs being pulled into the muscles. You will notice you muscles feeling fuller through out the whole day soon. Like I told you in the om you might (like most users) experience weight gain the first week (3-7lb) but this is just your muscles getting filled up with carbs,energy and water. You might also feel some joint pain and bone pain. This is do to a rise in igf. Over the 4-8 weeks that the bottle last depending on dosing you will notice a large drop in bf% and a increase in muscle size. You will also notice more enrgy and stamina in the gym as well and you will feel this by the end of week 1.

That warm sensation you described was the increased cAMP activity from the combo of synepherine and forksolin. The glycogen uptake of this product is good stuff, since I have been on for about 7 weeks, I have put on at least 8lbs of solid glycogen.

yesterday was shoulders and traps heres my workout

db press- 30x12(2 sets) 40x10 50x8 55x8
front raises- i just use a plate for these- 10x12 25x10 25x10 35x8
bent over raises- 20x12 25x12 30x12
upright rows- 45x12 65x12 95x10
barbel shrugs- 95x12 135x12 185x10 225x8
smith machine behind the back shrugs- 50x12 75x12 95x12

i took the need2 slin with my breakfest of eggs oatmeal and almonds and my second dose with my shake after shoulders. i noticed yesterday and again today i wake up a lil fuller and more vascular. not anearth shattering difference but i can tell. my fav part is my pumps last me almost an hr after lifting. this has happened every time so far and its bn 4 days.

Did you say your taking the need2slin with your food?

It needs to be dosed 30 mins before food, and at your weight 1 cap 2 x a day as needto suggested.

If you take it with food you will loose about 70 percent of its effectivness, it needs to be taken on an empty stomach and allow it to start working before eating.

It needs to be dosed 30 mins before food, and at your weight 1 cap 2 x a day as needto suggested.

If you take it with food you will loose about 70 percent of its effectivness, it needs to be taken on an empty stomach and allow it to start working before eating.

Nice bro, the results will be even better!!! If your seeing an increase in pumps already man your going to love it once it kicks in properly.

yea sry my comp bn fucked up for like a week i could only get on from my phone and its hard to post on it.

anyway im loving the slin so far i weghed myself sunday and i had gained 2.5 pounds since i weighed myself last which was before i started the slin. every morning i have bn waking up feeling full even tho i havent eaten yet. and i feel fuller throughtout the day. i really like this product so far and the effects.

trainings good i have more stamina and my muscles dont get as fatigued during. todays back ill post the workout after i finish later. as for supps im taking wtf pre workout and isolyze and carbolyze along with the slin of course

smith deadlifts- 100x12 150x12 230x10 310x8( i think the numbers are right if the smith bar weighs 10 pounds?)

Im taking the Need2slin, am 30 min prior to meal 1, 30 min prior to pre workout meal and 30 min prior to post workout meal (usually at the gym)

I think that is one of the reason why the product is so great. There are several way you can take it and still rep from the benefits.

i did chest yesterday even tho im still sick but i managed to fight through except for the shitty weight used

i started to get fatigued quick i guess due to being sick. im gonna take today off and go back at it tmrw. as far as the slin goes its bn about a month so far and the last time i checked my weight i was 150 so thats a 3 pound gain in about a month. not a whole lot obviuosly but for me its great cuz weight gain is hard to come buy. my muscles are by far the hardest they have ber been and i always feel full. and the best part is i still have alot of slin pills left :)

The scale is sometimes not the best thing to go by. Hell, I dont even own a scale. I go by the mirror more than anything.
