I use Ultimate Nutrition's combination of those three, and I'm satisfied with it. It has only 1,5 g gluc. 1,2 g ch. and 1,2 g msm per 3 tabs. It does it's job, and not just for me. I recomended it to couple of friends of mine - one of them being 240 lb guy with chronic joint pain, and everybody says it helped them in matter of days. Now, I even take only one tab after training for keeping my joints healty. So, unless you don't have serious injuries, I don't think you have to go with very high doses to feel the difference.

theres a product called GLC 2000 that works wonders. the dosing is dependent on your body weight. For my wt, 205lbs, it would give me like 4g/day of a combo of glucosamines and a few other substances. I got 2 weeks for free as a sample w/ no shipping cost. Id take a look at it if i were you.

If you come over to the ntbm forum on rx you can see the reviews on the product. You got nothing to lose giving it a shot because I will give you your money back if its not the product for you. Thats how I do business. Honest and caring about people before the money. :flowers:

I dont really big up products in general, but this helped me get rid of my scar tissue from recent surgery, and relieve the terrible aching i had after it too, i tried a few things, nothing really touched it but 1 week of skeletal balm and it was 80 percent better, great product!!

Generally the rule is more is not better. However I have noticed that with joint supplements overdosing them tends to improve results. I use Dave's product twice a day and Animal Flex at night. I also keep my fish oils very high 7+ grams a day. I cycle this during times of increased joint pain. Then I go back to a once a day. I do feel the increase in fat/omega 3 does help lubricate the joints.
