Had a question for the last week prep example that Dave uses; do I eat only Protein and carbs on the carb up days or do I still continue to eat protein/fats with the addition of carbs?
Seven days prior to show
6 days out: No carbs Water: 2 gallons per day
5 days out: No carbs Water: 2 gallons per day
4 days out: No carbs Water: 2 gallons per day
3 days out: 30 grams per meal x 4 meals
Water: 1 gallon per day
2 days out: 35 grams per meal x 6 meals
Water: 1 gallon per day
1 day out: 40 grams per meal x 6 meals
Water: 1/2 gallon of water per day- STOP drinking 12 midnight
1/2 Dyazide 10:00pm
CONTEST: 30 grams per meal
1/2 Dyazide 6:00 am
Do no restrict sodium until the last two days before the show.
WATER: NONE
He normally uses white rice or grits as carb source.
