Depends on how long it takes you to finish off losing the fat from areas such as glutes.
There is still visable fat every where so i would say 6-8 weeks but i have certainly seen people in far worse conditions competing on the day and thinking they look good.....

Everyone is different brother.....not sure if your looking for praise or honest critique but I would say around 4-6 weeks. I have also seen people compete like you look.....but looking great as you do, on stage you would look soft! I read something last night where somebody quoted Shelby Starnes which went, "Once you look like your in condition, lose another 10lbs!"

haha that's a great quote...no i'm not looking for praise just honest critique. These pics were from my pre comp for excaliber 2009 which I didn't end up doing. I just wanted to know where I was here, this was like 5 weeks out from show so I'm about to start prepping for some shows in July and just kinda wanted a landmark if that makes any sense. Offseason is goin really well got up to 192 at my highest weight still had abs and wasn't really out of shape at all. I was about 158 in those pics so this was a lot of weight to put on for me lol...any recommendations for this time around are much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Just keep doing what your doing if the off season is going well do not try to fix what is not already broken. Also if you gained alot more size start diet a bit earlier then normal as your body will have a harder time dialling in and may not react the same as last time as your body has changed so at least you will have the extra time to make adjustments

5-6 if done right and you could be shredded.

Good Luck

thanks for the input :) I decided that i would try and do the excaliber 8 weeks before the show so I had only been dieting for around 4 weeks in those pics; however I was pretty lean to begin with but I pulled out cuz I knew I wouldn't be ready and wanted to do things the right way. I'll keep you all updated on which show I choose to do and who I hire to do my prep cuz I hate second guessing myself; it would be much easier to have someone there to help...
