Have dbs to 155 I believe lots of old equipment and huge overhead doors they open up to let air in also a calf raise machine that goes to 600. lol

Great Gym, have had a membership there for 15 years. There becoming way overcrowded though!

No heat in there in the winter.

Did like training there besides it being cold. lol

Just trained there a couple weeks ago (on my way to the Midwest for the holidays) and on New Year's eve on the way back.

Great gym. Several IFBB (and other organization's) pro's train in there. IFBB Pro Guy Ducasse works as a trainer there, too.

It's a 24hr gym, too (except holidays of course), so that's a plus if traveling through and you need / want to train at an odd hour.

Fellas, make sure you go to the LEFT when entering the locker room area. You'll know what I mean if you go there. LOL
