Hey Guys/Girls,

Im dan. Im looking to compete in 12 weeks for a natural comp and a show a week later. im only 17 but yeah just tell me your opinions and what needs to be worked on.

Ahead for 12 weeks out. Concentrate on adding more size in the off-season. You look good. Watch that you don't get that stringy look as you get closer to the show.

hopefully push 90kgs after rebound effect seeming i was 85kgs offseason.
how can i stop my body from getting the stringy look?

You look great for 17. Take your time dieting, increase your protein, and add BCAA with your training. You are ahead of the game.

Just watch what is going on the mirror. You don't have to keep the diet the same up to the show. What I am trying to say is be flexible but strict. You will most likely have to eat into the show (bump up cals as the show get closer).

i have bcaas morning pre and post
but would you say take even more?

idk why mentor said 16 weeks out start when i probs could of done 10 weeks i think
but yeah ill just keep eating a lot to show time :)

this week ill get a friend to take pictures so i can do mandatorys then you can see my proper posing.
and yeah im looking to add some good size offseason hopefully :)
