ive used it for after my show when i was trying to stay lean. I cant say it was bad and i cant say it was good. I dont get fat off cheat meals since i only have 1 per week, but i guess if your going overboard it cant hurt to take them. I use vanadyl silfate adn chromium Picolinate in conjunction w/ the cheaters relief since it acts like a OTC GDA.

Yeah, its a nice product, however, I would recommend adding about 200-300mcg of chromium Polynicotinate to this product.

picolinate can be toxic; try polynicotinate:)
