legs butt and hams need to be much tighter. you really need more size all over to fill out your frame..posing needs work.

Yeah you need to diet some more to bring the lower half out better. Work on posing. Consistency and time will allow you to pack on more muscle.

Over all mass would do you well. At 5'7 you need more muscle, but you have a great base for 17. Take your time young man.

Great job for a teen! As the others have mentioned already, posing needs attention. Back needs help to create a nice taper from both the front and back....overall size/thickness will help, but as Jude said, take your time and do it right.

I started at 15 competing myself so I know how hard it is especially when your friends don't compete. Makes it hard to diet. I agree with the above statements on your lower body needing to lean out. Part of that for me was time. I think younger guys have elevated estrogen along with their test levels and it makes bgetting lean south of the border tough..but not impossible. You have done well for yourself thus far. Keep up the fight!

thanks jeff and everyone else i am 185 lbs right now and still gaining lean, and getting strong, ill start dieting 20 weeks out for my next show in september to clean up the diet a little bit and then diet from 16 weeks. and yes, friends who dont compete make it very hard to diet. i've heard carrots are a good estrogen supressor, is that true? keep me posted
