How long does it take for D-bol and A-drol to start increasing strength?

6-10 days. Closer to 10 before you really start to see dramatic increases in strength.

Does it increase blood pressure right away or is that more over a period of time?

I have the Aqua Blue IP Anadrol 50 pills....

Have you ever heard someone say that you can tell if they are real if you put them in your mouth and they taste metallic?

That is what I was told.

You can start to get high BP in a few days.

IP's Drol tabs are good to go.

That is what I was told.

The raw hormone (anadrol) is Flavorless. So whoever told you that, next time you see him, run away as fast as you can! Every lab will used different fillers in their tabs. So with some labs you might get a bitter taste, while others might be pretty much flavorless.

You should start feeling the strength increase in a wk-10 days. As for BP issues a lot will depend on how your BP normally is. If you're someone that's borderline or has frequent spikes it will go high even quicker. Because of my BP issues I can't take 100mg of A-bombs BUT, I seem to be able to get away with 50mgs each of A-bombs and Dbol just fine. Not sure why that is but I definitely seem to be more sensitive to the A-bombs.

That is what I was told.
The old Syntex 50's in the glass bottle had a very strange metal taste when I was a lad. We would put them under our tounge and let them dissolve. I had one friend whose face would turn red right after he did this like a flushing symptom, very weird.
