okay...11 weeks is not do-able. It just is not. Not if you want to be 100%. 7000cals is 2 lbs of fat and that is about all you can burn in a week. You have more than 22# to lose. You are big. Especially for a natty! But ya cannot flex fat! As a judge I have seen MAAAAANy try and 100% have failed. You are to good to waste your first show on a half assed prep. Do 20 weeks. Four weeks to clean it up and get in mode and 16 weeks to hammer out a shreded physique! There are tons of summer shows. Sorry to be blunt. Its how I am as blowing sunshine up your ass will do you 0% good.

ummmmmm. BTW I did not see the link at first! Thats the Ummmmm. Not to do with your physique...just wanted to be clear...I am not a dick!

Agree with Quadsweep, you left it too late.
Cracking physique though.

Keep dieting on for a later comp.
