I am going to start logging this product next week when I recieve it.

I am going to start off now and give you my stats/diet/training

22 years old
168 lb
5'6"

Diet:
Meal 1: 5 eggs (2 whole), 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: 7oz chicken and 1/3 cup nuts and 1 cup rice or oats
Meal 3: same as meal 2
Meal 4: see workout protocol below (on off days, replace this with another meal just like any of the other meals)
Meal 5: 6oz lean red meat, 1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 cup rice or oats
Meal 6: 5 whole eggs, broccoli

Night shake: 50g whey and 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (or macadamia nut oil)

Preworkout: 20gm scoops waxy maize, 20gm scoops whey
Postworkout: 20gm scoops waxy maize, 20gm scoops whey
30 min later: 1/2 c oats, 20 gm whey

No cardio for now.


Training:

3-way split, 4 days a week.
Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Legs
Back/Biceps

Still waiting on the package to arrive but I have been experimenting with the diet. I added some things in:

Meal 1 : 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 80 gm oats
Meal 2 : 50 gm shake, apple, 10 almonds
Meal 3 : 8 oz chicken, 1 c rice, 2 tsp EVOO
Meal 4 : 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 c rice
Meal 5 : 50 gm shake, 1/2 c oats, 15 gm walnuts
Meal 6 : 8 oz chicken, broccoli, 20 almonds
Night Shake : 50 gm shake, 1 TBSP EVOO


According to DailyBurn:
350gm pro
225gm carb
114 gm fat

43p/27c/30f

According to me:
388gm pro
180gm carb
75gm fats

From the look I may increase carbs some, I could most likely get a way with 300gm protien and higher carbs

Cant wait until the warehouse get some ground beef in. All they have right now is 86/14 ground beef. Maybe settle and get it since it 1.89/lb. But may be a couple more weeks until 93/7 comes in

Yesterday was the first day I took the Need2Slin.

Training:
Today was an off day and cant wait to hit it tomorrow!

Diet/Dosing:

20 min before: 1 Need2Slin
Meal 1 : 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 80 gm oats
Meal 2 : 50 gm shake, apple, 10 almonds
Meal 3 : 8 oz ground beef, 5 oz rice
Meal 4 : 8 oz chicken, 5 oz rice, 2 tsp EVOO
Meal 5 : 8 oz beef, 5 oz rice

20 min before: 1 Need2Slin
Meal 6 : 8 oz chicken, broccoli, 20 almonds
Night Shake : 50 gm shake, 1 TBSP EVOO

So far, the only thing that feels different is that I am feeling very tired right now. Not sure if it is the Need2Slin or not.

Woke up took 1 Need2Slin 30 ming before having Meal 1 with some coffee (Thank Gosh my GF's sister works at Starbucks!).

Didnt feel much of anything.

As the day went on I continue to hit my meals but then found myself not feels "as hungry or fuller."

Then took 1 Need2Slin 30 min prior to Meal 6 before bed.
Sleep/Rest is awesome. I slept very hard and this morning was one of the few times I relied on the alarm clock.

Also, added in red meat back in.

Meal 1 : 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 80 gm oats
Meal 2 : 50 gm shake, apple, 10 almonds
Meal 3 : 8 oz gound beef, 1 c rice, 10 almonds
Meal 4 : 8 oz chicken, 1 c rice, 2 tsp EVOO

Meal 6 : 8 oz chicken, broccoli, 20 almonds

Yesterday was a better day when it came down to not feeling so tired. My appetite picked backed up also yesterday.

My weight is moving up, just like I was told. Vein are still noticable in my shoulders doing my work out the other night.

Could I bump the dose up to 2 Need2Slin twice a day or stick to one?

Workout was legs and it was a pump from HELL!
The scale is going UP and the viens are stilll popping.

Nice i just brought benching back (on a smith though) wow it was humbling weight is really down, but its great when u build it back up!!!!

Yeah anywhere from 15-30 min. I take up right when waking then do the normal morning routine: brush teeth, get dressed, pack meals etc...then I eat.

It will help with fat loss but of course diet and exercise is key for fat loss along good amounts of sleep.

Endurance: 10/10 after 1:45 minutes and STILL JACKED
Hunger: HELL YEAH, drinking the post shake and about to eat another meal
Vascularity: 10/10 VERY
Strength: Has not dropped NONE and is going through the roof


Best thing is (I have said it before), everyone is noticing how much more bigger I have became and more vascular than I was before. Crazy Shit.

Hey Bro, the Need2slin needs to be taken prior to intake, you may get even better results by popping that Need2slin during your workout to give it about a half hour to work in your system prior to you shake

I know that the body can only have so much carbs forced into the muscles until the is tored as fat, since I had my carbs spread out, i thought it would have been fine. But I will take your advice.

well ideally anything that will be considered a nutrient partioner musch liek Need2slin you would like to take before a meal, much like Ecdysterones, takes a little more commitment but much more effective, same reason GEAR for me at least wil preferably be taken between meals!

Very true.

I took the N2S 30 min before my post shake and experience nothing abnormal, which is good. It is day 2 on taking 3 caps a day. Maybe I will be able to tell a difference in another week.

I'm taking 2 pre-workout meal, and 2 post workout, or 2 before breakfast and 2 before dinner on off days. I don't know that I've ever feel anything other then warm. But there is a real increase in my recovery time, and I'm holding muscle wail I'm cutting weight. Keep up the hard work

Sounds good. I am only taking two of my days off but three on my training days. I have not notice much yet but it has only been a few days.

Well time has been becoming an essence latetly due to work. I have had to make to choice to go back to DC Training. I responded well when I was on it but eventually got burned out on it. Since I am taking in more calories this time around, I think I will be fine

This was a very intense workout tonight. I have missed the DC concepts of training. This training cycle WILL pay off.

Highlight tonight: I went into the gym was wanted to get a few heavy reps on Incline Barbell to see where my strength was. I ended up with 275x1 and absolutely smoked it. I felt like I could get 290-300. But I do not like going too heavy on the incline just incase something happens. So I stopped when started my workout. I have never touched over 230 on the incline.
Post workout: 2 Need2Slin
20 min later: 20gm wms, 20gm whey
30 min later: 40gm oats, 20 gm whey
1 hour later: 6 oz rice, 8 oz chicken

GROW BABY GROW!!
