OK guys/gals I have broken down (hard to as a trainer and nutritionist) and got Dave to do my prep. I know he probably has tons of clients but I need someone to keep me on track and give me the confidence towards the end that I will be ready and competitive on stage. I have used the anabolic diet before and it worked great which is why I wanted to do prep with Dave since it is similar in principle and his clients have had success.

I am 20 weeks out from the NPC Arizona Open 7/24/10 and will post progress pics starting at 16 weeks out.

30min AM Elliptical 130-140HR

5 whole eggs
4 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal

1.5 Tbls all natty PB

1/3 cup almonds
1/2 cup brown rice

***Not what I expected with the carbs but I'm assuming since I am so far out this is why he is having me have some direct carb sources?

Just got my Isolyze by Species Nutrition and it is awesome! Got Vanilla Ice Cream and Vanilla Peanut Butter and it tastes great, mixes well, def beats out true protein and isopure!
