Anyone ever attend or compete in this show??

Its going to be my first show, I cant wait!

I competited in the 2009 Hercules in novice. It was my first bodybuilding show. It's a good show!! A big show!! It's one of the biggest natural amature shows in the nation. I was hesitant about trying such a big show for my first show but i shows u really where u stand aganst good competition. It was well worth it for me. I took 2nd place out of 9 competitors. Do it bro!!!

I competed at the Hercules in 2006. It was a great show and is one of the bigger INBF shows, simply because it's a super pro qualifier, which means every weight class winner, get their pro card.

Classes will be stacked up with top notch guys looking to conquer their weight classs. As fitfreak stated, it def. will let you know where you stand amongst others in your division.

I've been a spectator the last few years, and the competition is nothing to sneeze at. If I'm not completely on death's doorstep after a few other shows the month before, I may compete, if not I may just wait for the Naturalmania in the Fall.

If you are going into the novice there are always a good number of competitors. Open divisions do have a ruling of 5 competitors needed in the class for the winner to turn pro but that's never really a problem as it is a very popular show. Great location and very well organized.

I did the show way back in 1996 took 3rd in the Hwt. Back then the WNBF's amateur division was the NGA.

Fifth week into my diet and will be hitting it again this year in the Hwt. open.

Its always been a great show with a good turnout. Good luck with your prep and see you there.
