I am so glad to be my nutritionist and to have my whole egg. Keeps the good cholesterol up there to make more sex hormones.
Good deal on the shoulder healing. This is the kind of things that happen when you get older and you think to yourself, what-the-fuck was that all about.
LOL Last thing I need are sex hormones, I fuck like a a rabbit and I doubt m wife wants me to get any hornier, if so she will need to bring in another woman!!
Nah has nothing to do with age, it is the injury from the accident, but I was just wondering as it hasn't hurt me for a while since my rehab.

Really, you don't want anymore free testosterone, less SHBG? Interesting. Sex hormones don't always relate to being horny. LOL Too much prolactin and not enough T, with an abundance of E, would be a really nasty thing.

Yeah the fucked up thing is I didn't go to sleep till 4:00 AM, so that is only 5 hours of sleep. I can't be fucking around like that I need my 9 hours of sleep, I am usually sleeping by 1:00 AM and up at or around 10:00 AM.
Yeah I wont do that again, IMO I rushed it I should have gone to 275lbs.

This will be my first year doing deads without straps. I have always used straps for heavier weights, but I have an online competition (see who can deadlift the most lbs per lbs) by August.
The guy I am up against weighs 200+ and is currently doing 515lbs! :eek:
My goal is 3 times bodyweight.
Have you tried sumo style, or a wider leg stance?

I can't, pelvis was rebuilt, car accident, if I do deads or squats with a wider stance it makes my pelvis grind and the shit hurts like a motherfucker.

Being tall has a lot to do with it man, check out Carls 315lbs deads for like 10 I think, that little bastard has it easy :D Strong motherfucker though

Ed, Old Sup stated that my shoulders needed work, we have been working more on the cap (rear/side delts) more-so and thank god it has been working. People have been commenting on my shoulders.

Horrible workout tonight, right knee for some reason just started hurting out of nowhere while doing squats I tried to continue and I made it worse.
I kept trying do descend but the knee could not support the weight. Then to make matters even worse moreso my wife kept asking me what was the matter and why I couldn't do it if I did it last week :mad:
Then she kept asking me if different machines were the same as squats and I lost it :(

Yeah that time again. As promise I will post pics from month to month. Not really thrilled with what I am seeing thought I would have changed some more being that I have been on this f'cking diet for the last month and dropping BF, but progress nonetheless. :(

Here I want for you guys to give me your honest opinion, I have been working my shoulders extremely hard, trying to bring them up as I was told they needed work. Here is a comparison shot from last month to this month. I started a new training specifically on the shoulders (side and rear delts) and I feel they are starting to round out.

My wife tells me the camera is not doing justice that I am bigger than I appear on the camera, but I am not sure if she is just saying that, I would hope she be as honest with me as possible. I rather honesty than bullshitting me just so that I feel good, ya feel me?

I agree! I know you don't want smoke and mirrors. Seriously, the inverted picture trick is a way to minimize the effects of always seeing ourselves. Since it's a different view the mind has an easier time seeing differences.

New Diet another 4 weeks
The diet will run for 4 wks total. I will consume 300g of protein and 400g carbs
Meal 1
3/4c Rolled oats dry
6 egg whites
3 pieces of turkey bacon low fat.
2Tbs of salsa
Meal 2
7 oz Chicken breast
1C brown rice
1C steamed or fresh veggies
Meal 3
8 oz Flank Steak
8 oz Sweet potato or yam
Meal 4
Mixed Salad greens
6 oz Tuna or albacore in water
Meal 5
Pre training meal. 8 oz fish, chicken or turkey breast. 1C red or sweet/yam, taters. 2C leafy green salad, no tomato’s, carrots. Most other green veggies like cucu

Took a week off, back on the grind today.
Feel a lot stronger, new diet starts today as well since I took a week off I ate however I wanted.

I just started the new diet this week, as I took a week off, my back was bruised from a hit I took from a bat, plus a lot of bullshit that went on.
So will know more about the diet, but one thing I am noticing I am not as hungry as with the first diet, but it has only been 3 days so we'll see.

Pam you are absolutely correct I need to get my ass in gear. I've been so busy, funerals, baby showers, now my brother Ric is coming from Virginia to stay with me because my other brother Robert is getting married. I been working on my house, re-carpeting it, painting it etc etc. I feel like there isn't enough fucking time in a day.
But fuck I always used to find time, to train I need to get off of my fucking ass and do this.
Even my diet has suffered, example yesterday I had 2 cups of coffee and then dinner. :(

Sorry guys just been extremely busy and I have not been training. Since I consider this site a more hardcore site than BB.com I don't like to post gibberish on here I just been posting a bunch of bullshit on the other site.
Anyway in the interim, here is a story I posted on the other site on my brothers wedding that took place this Saturday
My older brother Robert got married this past weekend. The wedding was beautiful, but for you guys to appreciate the love I want to share his story, some people, like my wife, frown upon it, but here it is. Sorry for the long post.
Robert married his first wife Patty roughly 40 years ago. At the wedding his now wife Carmen was present as she was dating Patty's brother Michael. According to Carmen ( she told us the story) she instantly had strong feelings for Robert, she found him handsome and charming but of course she did not tell anyone.
As time went on (and they met at family functions etc etc) her feelings for Robert grew from attraction to love, but unknown to her, Robert was starting to have feelings for her as well, but of course none of them acted upon these feelings nor did they share it with each other.
During the 30 years of marriage Robert and Patty had 3 girls and 6 grandchildren and Michael and Carmen had 3 boys, 1 girl and 4 grandchildren.
Robert and Pat started to grow apart, their interest changed. Robert and Pat soon separated, but they kept a strong friendship.
Robert reached out to Carmen to tell her he had feelings for her, he figured he was now separated with Patty and wanted to let Carmen know he was in love with her for almost 20 years, what he didn't expect was that Carmen would tell him she was in love with him for nearly 30 years!
Robert and Carmen had an affair while Robert was separated from Patty but Carmen was still married to Michael. The affair lasted for 3 months and Carmen had to tell he Michael. She loved Robert but had an obligation to her husband and children. When she told Michael of course he told Patty. He then moved his family to Texas and that was the end of the affair. Robert met another woman and was dating her for 2 years.
Carmen's love was so strong for Robert she soon divorced her husband, came to New York and found Robert.
Robert left the woman he was dating, got back with Carmen and the rest is history, he proposed to her and this Saturday they married.
In the beginning both sides of the children did not take an of this well, neither did Patty or Michael. But as time went on, they accepted their love for each other.
Both Patty and Michael were at the wedding as were the children and grandchildren.
I never saw a wedding so full of love between two people.

BH, if I may address this in your thread: The views tell you all you need to know. Never doubt. Do you look better than you could have imagined? Are you pushing the envelope in what you thought you could accomplish? People just don't always know what to say. The fact that they visited your thread tells you they are interested. Still training, hit the gym twice today, once for cardio the other a good chest workout. I was in a deloading stage so my body will respond again to the next cycle of heavy training. Sporting a good six pack now and missed the peak for summer but shit happens. Clean bulking for 3-4 months and increased cardio.

Kool, I am thin right, now have a six pack as well, it is easy for me. I will start to eat everything in sight to gain some size. I think I am going to try a dirty bulk to see what happens I never bulk per se, but I do eat a lot but it is always clean.
