View Full Version : Whats out there for appetite supression?

I know this is the opposite of what most people want but I am taking 500mg/week of prop right now and it makes me so hungry. I am trying to lean out a little more and I am having a real hard time fighting the hunger. I am going off my diet on a daily basis. Just need something to fight the hunger. Is there anything out there that helps with this? Thanks guys

how does meridia work? i have the same problem using cypionate, if i up my dose a little, i get real hungry, and the diet is out the window!

6-8oz of black coffee with every meal for the first 3-4 meals of the day.

why not just increase the protein portion in some of your meals? say if you only eating one chicken breast per meal, eat two. you would be eating to satisfy the hunger but it would be protein that your taking in. are you trying to come down for a show?

What is and where can I get meridia?? My protien is where it needs to be right now, and I will add weight (not good weight) if I up it too much (just the type of body I have).

good idea on the chicken x2. just trying to lean up some. competed last may at 225, currenty at 273. i'm pushing 40 and want to quit going up and down. i'd love to stay around 250.

Hoodia seems to work for about 1/2 the people I"ve talked to about it. Its not so much an appetite suppressant as it seems to kill your taste buds - your "taste" for things. In fact it gets real easy to forget to eat if it werent' for the light-headed "depletion" state that comes when its time to eat again. Use the pills that are 750mg + -- -I started at 2 x 2/day, currently at 2 /day (8 am, 2-3 pm) and "eating" becomes more like "fueling" - just another part of what I have to do for prep - including 6 am cardio, do my day job, hit the gym, PM cardio, recovery (sleep).

another thing to consider is looking at your intake. how many times a day and also, your fiber intake. non-soluable will decrease your available space and thus give you some satiation.

Yep, I agree I like Hoodia with green tea extract..

I have never been able to tell a difference from using Hoodia, but everyone is different.

COCAINE! haha just kidden. try to drink as much water as possible. also add in as much thick veggies as you can in each meal. like broccoli and such. usually helps fill u up with very little added calories.

my question is why do so many people want to jump on the drug bandwagon so quickly when we dont have any idea what this guy is eating, drinking, supplementing and AAS'ing with?

give us a rundown.
