Alright this is my 5th "cut" I believe. The first one got messed up because I was inexperienced and had some depression and lost a lot of muscle. The second I used the Keto approach, over did it. I did too much cardio and stayed on the diet for too long, I wasted so much time and muscle once again which just killed me inside, all that work and being bulked up for nothing. Anyways I've only ever done low intensity cardio, up to 1.5 hours. This time I'm going to keep the macros the same (unless I need to change them) at about 300p, 250c (on training days) and 150-200g on off days which will be high intensity cardio (currently doing 10 second sprints with 50 second walk 5x, if you know of a better way, please let me know!) and fat around 40-50g.

That's basically it in a nutshell, any comments are more then appreciated! I'm eating raw broccoli with at least 2-3 of my meals, and I'm trying to get in as many greens as possible.

My metabolism seems to be like rocket fuel, I almost feel leaner and it's not even 3 days so far. (While bulking I seriously eat tons of carbs before bed, I know I shouldn't but I always smoke pot at night and I can't help it, so simply making my carb sources whole food and not eating carbs at night alone seems to do wonders)

Also my post workout shake is 70grams of dextrose/10g bcaa with 5g mono.

Oh, I'm 5'8'' 175-180lbs. Currently I'm...178 and that's after 4 meals.

I think your macro breakdown looks good and if your metabolism is a good as you say, you should be fine. Just make adjustments as you go.

Ok, I've just begun day 4 with oatmeal/ raspberries/ cinnamon and a plane concentrate shake with cocoa powder with a few almonds.

I woke up at 172 this morning, I'm dropping weight seemingly quickly, but it could have a lot to do with water retention and just extra food in my system, but last night I was starving, I feel leaner already in 4 days with one bout of cardio that was 7 minutes long.

Alright I'm about 166 upon waking. I've been having a cheat meal every say.. 5-7 days. Last night I ate about 2000 calories and a beer before bed, mostly pizza and homemade baked goods like pies and cheese and what not. I woke up the same weight and look nicely filled out. I did squats for the first time in awhile yesterday and my legs are KILLING me. 135(12), 155(10), 175(8), 195(6), 225(6), 245(6), 135X12X4 finished with some "frog squats" 2-3 sets of them.

Back to the diet, I've been doing a morning meal of Ezekiel bread and almond butter with a shake, about 50 carbs and my post workout drink which is 1/2 dextrose and 1/2 gatorade- 70g simple carbs so around 130g per day and 500+ on refeed or "cheat meal" days (I'm guessing).

I've been doing next to no cardio (which was the plan/ test) other than a bike ride here and there, today's my off day so I'll be going for a nice casual 30 minute bike ride.

Protein is still 300g and fat around 50g. I've been eating a lot of salmon, tenderloin and chicken. Week 7 completed.

I had two ruthless cheat meals two nights in a row (at least 3000cals each) so that probably set me back a good week. And I drank last night.
