can anyone that use DNP tell me your results? weight lost,bodyfat lost,how many days you lost a certain amount of weight?

2 weeks, tbh shitty diet, a lot has happened, been on 200mg, down at least 3kg, gotta wait for water bloat to come off to see real results

Been on for 2.5 weeks or so, 100 up to 200 mg/day. I'm training fairly hard and hitting cardio and keeping my diet in check, total cals around 2400/day. I was already dieting and hitting cardio etc before I started, so I was around 11% to start with and now around 9%. I'm holding water, so my weight has stayed damn near the same. But, I can clearly see obvious fat loss. So far I haven't lost strength per se in the gym, but have lost stamina/endurance. I can only hit 15 min of cardio and a brief, hard workout at this point. I keep cool and take in plenty of water and really do about all the same daily activities as usual.

Keep us updated Darnelle! I'm curious to see how you like it and results. BTW, I'm a big proponent of low dose/longer duration rather than high dose short duration. I think it's safer. Good luck!

I just finished a 2 week run...100 for 3 days...200 for 3 days...300 for 3days and 400 for 4 days. No lethargy, feeling bad just SWEATING PROFUSELY!!! I def. held a shit ton of water and had super flat muscles. It also bloated the shit outta my stomach. My GI tract is just starting to recover. This is my 3rd day off, most of the water is gone, my muscles look much fuller and the scale is reading 10 lbs lost.
