Aakg + eca

I've been using those two compounds before the weigh lifting (cardio afterwards) sessions. And having great pumps and my heart beat really increasing. Most of bodybuilding society says those compounds intreracts each other and they will hinder each others efectiveness. But what i've experienced is absolutely opposite.
Have you ever tried? heard? or experienced?

Is AAKG a form of Arginine?

I have read that arginine with ECA is supposed to cut down on the effectiveness, but I am not sure how true this might be.

Yeah apex, iv're read the same thing but i'm really not sure if it's true. Because when i take 3-5 grams of arginine (aakg form) im having insane pumps. I think you should try it guys.

I might give it a try sometime. If you are getting great pumps that just keep at it.
