been off for a bit, open to suggestions. keep in mind I make sure to do one arm dumbell overhead triceps extenions in the power cage every single workout......ok GO!

done and done! tomorrow i'm planning on stuffing 3 packs of big league chew in my pie hole and chewing it for no less than 1000 chews on each side of my mouth then my jaw muscles will be done and i'm good to go again with forearms and hip flexors again on monday and fingers and toes on wednesday , I ove a good 3 day split

Just make sure you stand on a bosu ball for all exercises and you will get huge:D
