60carbs and 15grams of fat each meal? thats sounds more like offseason plan not a dieting down plan. How many meals do u eat? and how much do u weigh exactly..?

diets are different for everyone. There is no set rule to follow for that works for everyone, you might eat 500 grams of carbs a day and get ripped i might eat the same amount and get fat test out your body and see what works best for you.

Excellent.. As I said let me get this weekend done and I will get you in the shape of your life.

What I will need to see is full length pics back and front. Also your stats.

I want you to keep track and write down everything you eat and do for the next 4-5 days (inclusive of cardio, supplementation).

I will go through after having a look at what you do and make a plan for you..

Have you competed before? You looking to compete?

Don't post your info online (I will get you to PM or email me everything)..

my general rule of thumb when getting lean is my bodyweight times 12.
30% protein intake and 25-30 grams of fiber per day. thats all i count.
so at my current weight of 172 lbs. im eating 1900-2100 calories a day 150 grams of protein and 25-30 grams of fiber. i plan on being 160 by June and will adjust my diet/cardio as i need to if im losing too fast or slow.
