After being shamefully getting my ass handed to this last summer:dunno: in the Dayana Cadeau Classic ive been working on flaws and details that are really important.Ive been eating hoards of steak, chicken and beef, Although I have not been incorporating veggies and food from the sea(fish) My question to you guys (mostly hardgainers) what has helped you mostly put on the size. your responses will greatly be thanked for.

slow carbs with your protean (brown rice, sweet potato). Also do you have an experienced trainer/prop coach? If not I would recommend you call a friend of mine
