Hey guys, ive been on the diet for about 9 weeks now. Progress has been great definately starting to slow. Ive cut the fat down and added vegetables instead along with VPX Meltdown fat burners. Are there any recommendations someone can give, preferably from experience what i could do to keep the fat loss going? Thanks in advance
Up the cardio, do not lower the calories or the fat. Just my opinion, and take it with a grain of salt if you look at me in my avatar! lol

im moving to a protein/veggie diet instead of protein/fat which you start the keto at. my cardio will be an hour 2x a day next week

im rethinking moving to pro/veg. i think i just need to be more patient. im gonna need the fat to get me through the day.
** and no im just trying to cut down bodyfat

Good thinking. Don't do pro/veg.

Keto seems to start stalling out around 10 weeks -- just like any other diet, if you stay on the same protocol, eventually your body gets used to it and the response slows. Definitely time to tweak something.
