:heythere: everyone, Trinimike here....I wanted to drop a line and introduce myself. Trinimikes was not born by chance but a life long passion for all things spicy hot. Several years of trial and error combining the finest ingredients from the Caribbean region produced the perfect blend that delivers both the flavor and heat we all crave. Direct from my kitchen to your table.

I am honored to present to you my sauce....an award winning National Hot Sauce contest (Zestfest) in Ft. Worth, Tx, 2010.

First 5 members to send me their name and address, I would kindly send you 2 samples of your choice. The "Original" (hottest), both of the fruit (medium) or Training Wheels....well that speaks for itself (mild).

Check me out at trinimikes.com

Bon appetit!!

What does your sauce measure on the scoville scale?

I use the scotch bonnet and pimento peppers from the island of Trinidad. 100,000-350,000 scoville heat units. My goal was to enhance the flavor of all food, goes great with anything... eggs, salads, marinades, whatever your heart desires.
