Hello, I don't have any photos but I have a hopefully easy question for you guys.. I am 5'11 at 215lbs at 13% bf. How do I know what my contest weight would be? If anything, is there an estimate u can give me on what I would be close to? Srry if this is a dumb question.

Hard to say. Maybe one of the judges/trainers can give you a more accurate number. Until then, If you didn't lose any muscle and not counting any water drop...based solely on your current lbm you'd have to lose 8% bodyfat to compete at 5% so 8% of your bodyweight right now is 17 pounds, meaning a comp weight of 198 pounds. But like I said, that's if you didn't lose any lbm and your 13% start bf is accurate.

198 is a good quess. Between 195-198 if things go well.

well, thats kind of the number i came up with too. Also, I have been on the keto diet for 3 weeks now and im down from 223 to 210. I said 215 because that is when I had my body fat test done. I lost 8 or 9 lbs the first week, 3 last week, and like 1.5lb this week(its only thursday though) so everything seems to be going well for me. I'm still strong and I"ve had no real issues keeping up in the gym so I figure I am moving at a good pace. Overall, I just feel like I look fatter than I am lol (prolly because I carry most of my fat in my midsection and ass. lol ) Thank you for the answers everyone.

you really cant focus on a number. like you said people lose and hold fat differently, so its hard to really say.

Let the mirror be the judge of your conditioning. The scale doesn't really matter too much - just use it as a tool to ensure you are still ticking downwards.

What I see most times when doing BF at the start of a diet. The persons LBM in other words there weight with zero fat is what they come in at after all the BS water comes off and some lean mass drop that is almost unavoidable..
