11 weeks out today. I got late start due to some surgery. have only been dieting for 5 days. Hopefully can start seeing some big changes soon. Feel free to critique.

legs have been a major weak point so theyve been the sole focus of my offseason and although still behind my upper body considerably theyve actually come up a bit. its gonna take time but there on there way atleast.

You already know about your legs, so keep beeting them up. You look like you are ready to start your diet at 11 weeks out, not behind. Just focis on your conditioning and you will make big changes.

Yeah, you don't look too bad for 11 weeks out. Keep plugging away and you should be able to dial it in.

I know it may be hard to tell but if you guys had to guess what do you think my bodyfat percentage is in these pics?

Im now 9 weeks and 5 days out. These pictures were taken 10 days after the last set. Starting to get nervous about not being ready in time. Do you guys see a progression? Im having trouble seeing it. My mind is messing with me a bit.

All you have to do is look at you hands over head abs shot and you can see the decreased bodyfat.
