I just finished viewing Mike's new video following Kai Green's prep for his first Olympia. This is a high quality video giving insight into the professional level dedication of a talented and colorful bodybuilding athlete. It is well edited, especially when Kai is expounding.
As I begin to get back into contest prep mode myself, I will use this video as an additional motivator to stay on track.
