Was a huge show with 72 competitors. A few of the classes were STACKED! 4 Pro Cards awarded, Mens Overall, Masters Overall, Figure Overall, Womens Bodybuilding Overall.

It was the winners first ever show! Keep in mind that #11 is still a teen. That kid is gonna be tough to beat!

Whats up all...

The show was great. Tons of tough classes. I made the trip up from Jersey because I trained the teen mentioned, Mike Charles, #11 so I wanted to see him through the entire process and was very happy with how things came together for him. I agree, he has a bright future in this sport.

The open class was a great battle, esp the lightweights. Congrats Kevin!

^^^^^So YOU were the guy everyone was talking about, lol!!!!!!!

They were going, "who is the guy with the WNBF Pro jacket on, he's a MONSTER!!!!!!"

It was the first time I ever saw a Fitness routine and to be honest, it was pretty damn cool! This little 13 year old girl came out and did some crazy strength moves! The Ms FitBody had 14 competitors which was crazy. EVERYONE walked away with a participation award which is always a nice treat. That #11 has some excellent development for still being a teen. His legs are huge! He would probably win the NPC Mr Buffalo show which is this saturday (hint hint, lol). GK-tell Mike Charles to log on to my site and shoot me a pm, and i'll get him some hi-resolution shots out to him. I probably have 20-30 or so. Here's one:

i know about Joe's site as i am listed on there. but like a message board like this and md that posts the contest coverage. i guess i have just been spoiled by it and since i haven't competed in the nat feds yet, i wouldn't know about how the contest coverage is done.

Hey Kevin,

No problem...The lightweight class was very tough and you and Damian(spelling) really had a good battle. In the end, your hardness pulled you through, esp in your quads. Continue to make progression and hope to see you at that next level.

Mike was very happy with his 1st experience on a stage and I was very excited for him. You and Mike have a very bright future. I'm sure you guys will be going to battle in the future.

You gonna do the Buffalo this weekend? A touch drier and a touch darker and you'd do well up there.
