Cool Tank, but I actually like cardio; it's like meditation to me....lol.

I like it too, actually more now then I ever have.

When I get in the zone, I can do it w/ no issue. But the idea that I HAVE to get up and do it at 6 am and then HAVE spend another hour doing it AFTER work and AFTER training, blah. I'll take 2 hrs of training over 2 hrs of cardio any day of the week.

I see. I guess, I'm just the odd (wo)man out here. LOL! :)

Many women like cardio more - I"ve been lifting for so many years - I do it because it gives me specific ways to challenge myself and I get a lot of satisfaction out of that, not just the physical exertion. Cardio-wise - I've not been able to "run" since Jr High track (shin splints), and these days I can't do sprint cardio because of bad knees. So i do a lot of walking cardio & stepmill, ocassionally bike, but it doesn't come close to the satisfaction I get from lifting.
