hi there everyone i'm new member here ..well i've been training for 1 year 3 months now without takking long break ..anyway i dropped my weight and then bulked up and now on cut diet just want to see my abs so i can bulk smart bulk .. i've never had visible abs before and i feel my mid section isn't tight like other bodyparts .. i feel like i hold alot of water or maybe fat in my mid section

my cut diet is like
1 to 4 egg whites in the morning

meal 2 : protein shake

meal 3 : chicken breast

meal 4 : protein shake

meal 5 : tuna


thats all ..


i do cardio 6 days a week 1 hour a day ..
friday i get 1 cheat meal

thats all ... forgive me for bad english just bare on with me..
