I make them with Mac oil, sea salt and some pepper. Cook with high heat, and blacken them a little.
Takes about 15 min or so.

I steam up big batches on Sun and usually again on Thurs... I like to eat them cold and smothered in French's yellow mustard and garllic powder. I eat these EVERY day and I LOOOVE it. Thats how I eat my broccoli & cauliflower too:)

They are good this way - also consider adding some sugar free soy sauce and some sesame seeds for an asian taste. ( or use sesame oil)

Lay em on cookie sheet (put tinfoil down first for easy clean up). Add some salt, fresh ground black pepper and olive oil in whatever your desired amount is. Bake em in the oven at 450* for 30-45min....tastes like french fries when they come out...enjoy

Put chicken broth in a pot and boil them in it. It really adds a lot of flavor to them.

Lightly steam then add butter or olive oil and grate some garlic over them, gorgeous! If you start frying the fuck out of them on a high heat you may as well just not eat them!

When i was a kid the best way to make them taste better was sliding them on my brothers plate when he wasn't looking. Now I hit them with olive oil and some Gaaahlic!

Nuke them for 2 or 3 mins in a bowl covered with plastic wrap until soft. Add a bit of salt and pepper to taste. If you can't eat them then might as well move on to a new veggie.

toss some minced onions in there while you're cooking them, but make sure they're chopped small like the ones on mcdonalds regular hamburgers
