So its started this past week my wife has had two friends ask "concerned" questions about me

Does Jeff realize that dieting for one of "those" bodybuilding contests is very tough on the body

Then another Yenta texted another Yenta have you seen so and so's husband "do you think he looks healthy?" followed by a conversation to my wife how much lower does he need to get....Lol

Good news is that means I'm making progress towards my goal!

I asked my wife If maybe I should call them and ask them if their husbands or for that matter if they are ok carrying the extra 50lbs around their middles, or that their face looks red is their blood pressure ok?

As a side note Blood Pressure is Perfect, every ailment I had when I was a fat ass (Migraine Headaches, mild hypertension, high cholesterol, joint pain is gone)

I just ignore people's remarks like that when looking at their physical condition such as you described above. fuck 'em why waste your time trying to explain it to them.

Yeah I just rolled my eyes, I just think its funny thats all. Granted precontest dieting is a more extreme endeavor, but come on the world is whacked when we are "concerned" for a guy who has gotton in great shape...Never once got a call for my well being when I was 265 and sitting around on my ass

if they think the dieting is tough on you're body then they're in for a big shock when you start "drying out" leading up to the show especially with a couple of coats of tan on you...(fuck em all...they aint even on the same page as you)..good luck

You could look at it from the point of view. That even though they don't understand what your doing or why. At least they seem to be concerned for you and/or your Mrs well being.

Hee Hee yeah I guess I just find it ironic that when I was a fat fuck no one said a word, yet that is exactly when someone should be concerned on a positive note took my wife to her first BB show this weekend so she could get it, and understand what I am shooting for. I think it helped immensly, she now seems a whole lot more interested in helping with my posing, and prep etc
