Pramipexole & selegiline

Anyone use either one of these? And if so, what were your positive AND negatives sides from both...dosing, time of day, with or without food would be greatly appreciated as well!

I have used pramipexole. I started at .25mg one time a day and tapered up slowly to .33mg three times a day. I found if I took about .5mg before bed I did not sleep well at all. the biggest side for me was sleeplessness. When I took smaller doses throughout the day it was better. I dont know if it was from pramipexole 100% but my sex drive was way up and orgasms seemed much better.

The same thing happened to me when I take Prami. I feel restless and can not sleep.

It does wonders for your sex drive or at least for me.

I took approx .50mg before bed on the first nite and slept 10hrs and woke up like I needed more sleep...what does it mean when it keeps some people up and makes others tired? That most likely is saying that it is regulating hormones differently in opposite ways?

It just goes to show that different drugs effect all of us in different ways. For example, I can take Ketofin and not get drowsy.

It dumps all your HGH into your system so the first few doses can really wipe you out however higher doses seem to be activating rather than depressing. The GH spike was measured 2 hours post administration in the study.

Prami raises HGH in a dose dependant relationship.

I start the week prior to pinning Deca/NPP/Tren w .25mg Prami ED about an hour before bed. While on D/N/T I take .50mg ED and then taper down to .25mg ED again for the week after stopping D/N/T.

It makes me sleep good, have almost no Tren night sweats, crazy vivid dreams and yes, great sex. Good stuff imo but know others who hate it...

Make sure you don't drink alcohol any time near your dose of prami. If I had more than one beer within a few hours of my prami I would wake up a few hours later to run to the toilet and vomit.

I think he means when he is running any of those compounds. Then again, how is running Deca and NPP together that much different than someone running test prop and enan together at the beginning of a cycle?

Splitting the prami dose into 3 smaller doses during the day helps.

Will try that. But do you still get ghat first half hour where u can't keep your eyes open?

You have to start out REALLY low when you first begin, like .25cc a day. You also have to use it EVERY DAY for it to work correctly. After 5-10 days you can bump it up.

For prolactin suppression .25cc a day workd fine for me while running NPP @ 700mg a week.
