i would says it depends on how many years you want to take it year round. i think when used medicaly use is limited to 5 years as it quadrupples chances of endometrial cancer. hope this helps

Then why make a thread asking us what to do if you are going to do it anyway?

Nolva is going to raise estro and lower IGF-1, it is dumb. Aromasin will raise T, lower estro, it is smart. Unless you are a chick don't use Nolva alone.

I wonder what effects Aromasin might have on blood lipids...

It works like adex without altering blood lipids to much.
Basically its a 2nd gen Adex.
Aromasin<adex
Although some people still claim adex give a drier appearance than aromasin.

what is the consensus about adex year round non stop for years on end? i know the recommended dose for Breast cancer patients is about 1mg a day, and think most HRT people use way less. my doc told me to use 1mg ED, but that seems like way to much on TRT. ive been doing 1mg E3D.

is adex also supposed to be used only for 5 years?
