I picked up a nice elk rib-eye this afternoon.

What are your thoughts on grass-fed / organic meats?
It seems like elk and bison might be good alternatives or additions to traditional beef.

One of natures original health foods. Lower in saturated fat and cholesterol than chicken breast. High in omega 3s and CLAs.
Its a big part of my diet.
