i'm 15 right now, but i want to compete in a few years. what should i focus on?

You have some good muscle on your frame for 15 years old. Just keep enjoying what you are doing. Train hard and eat alot to increase overall mass.

thank yall. especially tammyp! should i focus on any specific groups at this point or just do everything?

you really need to focus on everything at this point. at your age with test levels being so high you should gain well, as long as you eat well and dont over train.:)

Look good man. I was 15 at my first show. Like the others said. Slam the food and train hard. I like you was lean at your age (still am! :-) ) and its a benifit because you can eat more and not get fat. Diet cannot be stressed enough. Most kids under eat and over train...I was one of those kids. Keep workouts intense and brief. Compound movements mostly too.
