You can go 10 mg / day. It has an active half-life of 6-8 hrs so you start to its effects within a couple days. Like Tammy said, you will see bloat - e.g. weight increase of 5 lb w/ in a few days. Because it has a short half-life, you can drop it pretty quickly as well. Its detection time is 6 weeks, so you're not stuck w/ any sides you want for months on end.

I would ask to you, what is the purpose & goal you'd be expecting from it? Just anecdotally, I don't hear of many women using it. The water bloat is a big deterrent - as most competitive women think of cycles in terms of competition cutting where you dont' want the water retention, or off-season for growth, but still don't want the water retention. You often hear guys refer to "moon face" from AAS w/ lots of water retention.

first, are you menopausal yet?
2nd, tons of water and no sweeteners can really help the bloat in the face and extremities. I have a powerlifter I am working with who is obviously working on increasing her strength, but wants to move up a class as well. she is using 2.5mg dbol 4x daily and 50mg inj every 3rd day. with a clean but +5% daily calorie increase, she is making great strides over the past 6 weeks. she will drop the dbol this week and ride out the winny only for another 4 weeks.

sides thus far were some light non regular spotting which subsided after 1st week and some very mild GI distress early on. no bloat really, if she does, its in her abdomen, but I equate part of that to the dbol's effects on her individual system. no skin issues aside from maybe a little extra oily skin. showering twice a day is a must for anyone IMO while on orals just to keep acne in check...

true post menopausal women, no matter the age, need bloodwork as often as men if they are going to cycle AAS even long after stopping usage. fluctuating hormonal levels make it difficult to really give quality advice until you have some good baseline numbers drawn several months apart. anavar is almost always a safe bet, but I have even seen anadrol over the short term be very functional building mass. thyroid function should certainly be monitored long term...

i am curious why you chose this since you only have used var before. primo n var together would be a much better choice.
