I am currently on week 3 of a 10 week cycle of the following:

200mg/week test c (HRT dose)
300mg/week test e
250mg/week deca

I am taking in about 250-300g of protien per day and moderate carbs (VERY limited carbs after about 6 pm). I am 41, 5'9" 230 lbs with bf in high teens. Cycle going well so far (feeling fuller, more energy, stronger, and up 7 lbs), but the thigh shots are a bitch.

I am thinking about taking VPX Meltdown when on cycle. Is this a bad idea??

you shouldve lost some weight b4 u started the cycle.....theres no point in taking a fatburner during cycle especially since meltdown is supposed to suppress ur appetite...if you're worried about getting fat on cycle then do cardio on off days and eat clean

Be ready for some estrogen related sides with that high of bodyfat.

I know I may have jumped the gun a bit on the cycle, but I REALLY needed to get on the HRT. I will step onto the treadmill . . . low-mod intensity right?? Nothing too intense (intervals, etc.) . . .

I have arimadex and will start .5mg EOD in a week or so . . .

yeah i would do 30 mins on days you dont train...you shouldnt really need anymore than that tho

dont shoot your thighs!! Too dangerous...delts, glutes, lats are fairly painless.

I havent heard much on vpx meltdown. I really like HOT ROX or Jet Fuel, those seemed to be the only ones ive liked.

do your self a favor and drop the deca........ yes you should have dropped the BF before you started.....

Shoot into the side dellts, best place to do so and it will widen you out as well.

Can a delt take 2ccs??? Why are quads "dangerous"? I know they hurt like a bitch, but dangerous??

Entering week 4 tonight . . . start the a-dex????? .5mg EOD?? Don't want to kill any gains . . . should I wait for sides or bloat?? Right now feel really good . . . muscles feel full . . . little more bounce in step . . . confidence is up . . . Mr. Happy is, well, happy.

No.

Cardio 3x per week at 40min a clip.

bump
