One of my guys I've been working with!!! He won the NPC San Diego bodybuilding championships lightweight division and came back 2 weeks later to compete in the INBA natural iron gladiator, this past weekend and won the masters division and took second in his class. The judges went with pure size over symmetry and conditioning. Here's a sneek peak!!!

Thanks!!! he's worked very hard and finally nailed his diet and now we just need to bring him in a little fuller!!! He might be at the Team UNiverse in the lightweight division. Still trying to convince him. He's 44 by the way

Thats awesome, I am 43 and getting ready for my first show, I work out in Temecula so am not too far from you. Will you be at the show in La Jolla. I'd like to introduce myself. Just got back into bodybuilding APril of 2009 after about an 18 yr lay off so am damn excited to try my hand at competing, but also pretty excited to get to the offseason and get back to adding some quality mass

Kyoshi - I competed against your guy at his first INBA show, INBA America's Natural '08 (Phx., AZ). It was my 3rd contest. He won the Masters and Novice and I had the Overall. I went back the next year and repeated, but he wasn't there.

My question for you is about the INBA, I like it, they test hard. But I'm considering moving on to a larger NPC natural show. Any advice? This will be my 5th contest and the INBA Pro Division didn't really seem like the next best move.
