EVENT RULES
All wts are Approximate. Events and/ or rules may change without notice.
TRUCK PULL:
20,000 to 30,000 lbs semi truck.
Harness with rope assist.
80 foot course.
60 second time limit.
IronMind harnesses will be provided.
Chalk allowed.
LOG CLEAN AND PRESS:**
Full clean and press each rep.
60 second time limit.
10” log
Athletes must get the “good-down” signal before lowering the log for the next rep.
Good lift: Arms locked out overhead with head thru and legs in line.
Belt and chalk, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves allowed.
Towel in belt will NOT BE ALLOWED.
LW: 200, MW: 225, HW: 250
DO NOT DROP THE LOG!! You will forfeit your attempt if you do and will receive 0 points.
TIRE FLIP:
60 second time limit,
80’ course.
700# Tire for everyone.
Chalk or gorilla cloth allowed. Tacky is NOT allowed.
Time stops when any part of the tire crosses the finish.
FARMERS HOLD:**
No time limit. Best time wins.
Farmers Carry implements with 1.25” diameter un-knurled handles.
Time starts when athlete locks out the implements.
Time stops when the implement(s) hit the ground.
Chalk, belt allowed.
Deadlift suits, lifting straps/ hooks, tacky WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
LW: 275, MW: 305, HW: 325
CARRY AND DRAG:
Carry: 60 foot course, Drag: 60 foot course.
60 second time limit.
Chalk and belt allowed.
Tacky is NOT ALLOWED.
Athlete must carry a keg 60 feet and place the keg upright on the ground then grab the handles of the sled and drag the sled back 60 feet across the line.
LW: Carry: 220 keg, Drag: 500
MW: Carry: 220 keg, Drag: 550
HW: Carry: 220 keg, Drag: 600

JUDGES DECISIONS ARE FINAL.
