It has a lot whey concentrate as well as ion-exchange isolate, both of which are often considered not the best.

I've had the chocolate and it was actually good....almost like drinking icing....weird, huh? but I wonder if the strawberry tastes like ass b/c I think bb.com has a similar sale on the strawberry....

It's protein. Unless you're dieting for a competition then this is a great buy.

great buy???? how so its like muscle milk, trust me doesnt mix worth a damn and tore me up but holy crap why is it so cheap is MAP still making products or did it crash?

Chocolate? Isn't that the stuff that is jet black?

I got some at the o expo in 08. Taste was ok, but that color was wacky.

I saw this a couple weeks ago and was all about it until i looked at the profile. 64g scoop equals 34g of protein. Most crappier proteins will have atleast 44g in a 60g scoop.

I saw this a couple weeks ago and was all about it until i looked at the profile. 64g scoop equals 34g of protein. Most crappier proteins will have atleast 44g in a 60g scoop.

I never looked at the profile and assumed it was concentrate and isolate. There are better buys out there on a 5lb iso for 30$.

I use chocolate Isolyze, 29g scoop offers 27g protein.
