NPC Long Island??

hey guys, does anyone know whats going on with this show? They keep on changing date/location.. is anybody competing? Is RxMuscle sponsoring it? just curious

i was told, and it is also posted on their facebook, that the LIBB show is moved up a week to May 22nd and the venue has changed from the usual theater next to the gym to West Bablyon High School.

as far as sponsors go - no clue

there has been no flyer, no solid advertising on it either as usual..i heard they were having trouble w the venue for the 29th as originally planned... last i heard was same as manavs said.. its hard to prep when you dont even know a date ...:dunno:

i know a few people that were going to do it on the 29th, now they arent and will just do that Atlantics on june 5th and skip the LI show.. I have clients doin it tho :)

I'm sure it set many people back a bit, OR made them kick things into high gear.. I'm curious at to the turnout we're goin to have there.... its always been a good show, I just havent heard much hype about it so far, and its 5 weeks out!!

I still have to register with NPC for this year. Do I have enough time to mail it (this week) in or can/should I just get it in addition to registering for the NPC long island show?:dunno:

5 weeks is plenty of time if you do it soon... OR you can do it at the show with Bev, but its a lil faster if you have it all ready to go when you get there...

TIME: Evening Showtime: 7:00 p.m.
Doors Open: 6:00 p.m.
Contestant Check-In: 12:00 noon Sharp!
Prejudging: 2:00 p.m.

The Jr High Auditorium holds over 400 people.. the old venue had limited space & would ALWAYS sell out & sometimes even be standing room only.. It still should be a great show as always....

Yep light heavy....assuming my legs dont fall off from doin cardio;). I honestly have no idea who else is doing this competition:dunno:

LOL, me either man.. the past years have always had a good turnout- even on memorial day weekend. hopefully its better this time w a bigger arena & NOT Mem day weekend too.. I havent a clue who is doin it other than my clients ( and me) , so we may be the only ones there!!!! LOL.... I really hope its a good show..it always has been, the change in date & place may have thrown people off... hope not.. lets make it a good show!!!!!!!!!!

I dont remember if they were or not.. and it was a good show too.. KAI GREENE & MARCUS HALEY GUEST POSING!!! not too shabby!!!!! thats goin to be great !!! Overtrained..its a great show-first or not... you wont feel uncomfortable there..good people involved. I'll see ya there for sure...only a few days left of training!!!

LOL, yea man!! definitley looking forward to that... if you are doin the LI show, you should probly just do the atlantics 2 weeks later... you will be in even better condition if you hit it right... whats another 2 weeks!!! dont be a stranger at the show man... I got like 16 seats of friends & fam already there !!! plus myself & 3 of my clients competing.. ITS ONNN 1 week to go baby

Yeah was planning on doin the atlantic states this year until my best friend decided to get married on that day.....and asked me to be in his wedding party....bastard haha.

Ill look for you for sure. However you cant miss me, ill be the 6ft tall string bean in light heavy..god wtf did i get myself into;)
