It's actually less than 365 because it's on the smith machine. The bar has very little resistance.

I go down to my chin and almost lock out my arms at the top.

Forgot to tell you guys my weight is at 253lbs. as of today, down from 271lbs. been dieting for a vacation so I'm not eating for growth and on low carbs. lifting weight stays the same reps are about 2 less than from normal on heavy sets. Currently taking 1500mg test ew. 3 ius hgh ed, 100mcg t3 ed, 60mcg clen ed.

CHEST at gym were weights are heavy. A plate probably weighs about 46-47lbs.

8am- 3 packets oatmeal brown male sugar
11:30am- grill southwest chicken salad with an extra chicken breast from McDonald's
3pm- 3 small chicken breasts, bowl of pasta or brown rice. Protein shake.
7pm chicken or steak with rice or pasta with green beans.
9:30pm huge bowl of cereal. fruit loops, cinnamon toast crunch, coco puffs.

i don't know the oz of the chicken. the rice is the uncle Ben's the one you throw in the microwave for 1:30 and i use Sweet baby ray's Honey mustard dipping sauce.

thanks. my best was 150 for 28 full reps on flat db bench press. when i get back from vacation i'll be eating for growth and hitting it hard, so hopefully ill see some improvements on my heavy sets. more reps.

yeah it's the instant kind. i buy it at Sam's club for $7.88 for 40 packets. each packet has about 30 grams of carbs.

LOL i workout at 2 different gyms. one is a "Family Fitness Center" and the other one is a 24/7 one, but i wouldn't consider it hardcore at all. I need a metro flex type gym near me badly!!!

i don't lose much strength while i cruise. but my goal remains the same.

I've decided no more cruising up and down. after i get back from my vacation I'm going back up to 10ius ed (hgh)and 2250mg ew test. and staying there. going to try to concentrate on my diet.

yes i guess..u used to be straight on for long periods of time with hgh and test(no crusing and all 3 or 4 years back)....and you did not like any other anabolics.....
i am following the same plan you gave me -minus the hgh(too expensive).... lets see what i am capable of....thanks alot bro for the plan(made my life easy)

yes that's the plan. I don't get sides.

I don't know if it will give me more gains or not. I don't think it will make much of a difference. My main issue in my diet. i think no matter how much drugs i take, i 'm not going to grow unless i get my diet spot on.

haven't trained yet. I'm down to 248 and my wife called me a pencil neck today!!! :angry: i feel so small and weak. I'll post more training logs when i get back from vacation. If i have a good training day today I'll post it. It's embarrassing being weak.

Nice, thanks for the response. I can see why that'd work. It makes me rethink some things, though mentally it's hard to get past using something in the combo (tren or npp or something).

The prices these days aren't bad at all. Most generics are $1.25 or less per iu. Hope that's ok to post, not saying which sources cause you don't really have to. They all equal out to around that cost basically. For bulking you can try the 5-10 iu 3 x week post workout, or 2-4 iu per day every day for cutting or general use.

On a side note, I spent the better part of my work day today researching and reading up on all the peptides out there- particularly the growth hormone secretogues like ghrp-6, cjc etc. After reading for 4+ hrs this is what I came up with: I like GH. lol. Seriously, it seems like you'd be spending just as much to mimic or equal the effects of simply taking gh! I'm not saying I'll never give ghrp-6 a run, but damn, some of that stuff was complicated in its dosing.

I found out cjc-1295 is actually just frag 1-29 modified. So, you aren't getting the long acting benefits. Which, as I found out, aren't a good thing because you don't want chronically elevated igf-1 levels (say for a week straight!). And on and on. Bottom line from everything I took in: yes, you can get good results, but it'll be basically the same as gh and cost just as much. lol.

Ok so I'll start today keeping a log again. My new goal is to get to 280lbs. everyone tells me i don't eat enough. so i"m just going to eat everything i can. as long as my strength goes up with my weight and stay under 12% bf, I'll stick with it. if my weight goes up and my strength doesn't then I'll have to reevaluate my situation. As of 2 days ago i was 268 lbs.

I said ok. and asked if i was being profiled because of my size and he said"well you're a big guy" It was no surprise i was searched. i expected it. after they found nothing they started questioning us about our jewelry. Asking if we had receipts and when we bought it. It seemed like they were nit picking looking for anything.

going good. my goal was to be 280 by jr nationals. now I'm at 283lbs. eating my house clean every day thanks to some bayou blaster lol. strength is going up. did 405lbs 13 times on bench press. most I've ever done. taking test deca drol and HGH. the only thing I'm doing differently is EATING A TON. I thought i ate a lot before. I'm eating everything is sight. bf is still low maybe 12% or so. abs still pop but stomach is little extended from all the carbs and other food.

going good. my goal was to be 280 by jr nationals. now I'm at 283lbs. eating my house clean every day thanks to some bayou blaster lol. strength is going up. did 405lbs 13 times on bench press. most I've ever done. taking test deca drol and HGH. the only thing I'm doing differently is EATING A TON. I thought i ate a lot before. I'm eating everything is sight. bf is still low maybe 12% or so. abs still pop but stomach is little extended from all the carbs and other food.

how much deca, drol are using?

ALso, how much test are you palining to curis on ?

sounds good but if you haven't already tried taking the oral starting at week 4 you may want to try this. At week for the test will start to kick at the same time so will the oral. If you take the oral the first 4 weeks without the test kicking, it's like taking an oral by itself. IMO

Swiper,

Please keep going on a few more days of your training journal. I have been using your style and weight/rep ratios and they have been working amazing! I just could use a few more examples to see if you change the lifts around much or if it stays consistent. Also, what is the exercise you skipped in the posted leg day?

I know it has been a long time since this has been updated, but it would be great to see just a few more days, or at least a your training philosophy posted.

the only thing that i really changed was my reps and weight. I do 14-20 reps with lighter weight now.

Love Swiper's training methods. 1-2 warm-up sets, 3 working heavy sets then a drop. Reminds me of Yates, Mentzers HIIT. Just achey for my joints
