Whats up guys just need some advice overall with my physique....I have some pics of my wheels but since these have been taken i got shot in the leg while working in Iraq so i didnt post any leg pics becuz my leg size have decreased dramatically and only with time and rehabilitation will i get back up to par....My goal is to be able to compete next year around october time frame and i just need to be critiqued with lagging body parts and etc.

upper body looks solid. maybe focus on chest thickness from this one shot.

Will thickness come with time?...I try hard to bring it up...or is there something i can incorporate into my training?...Thanks Tammy

probably your already doing inclines, flat bench etc....

Its hard to tell, but it looks like your mid and upper chest is full, just the lower chest is shallow. Your back looks wide in the middle pic, but not so much in the first pic...could be because you're holding fat in the love handles, and thats taking away from your taper...if so, obviously that will take care of itself when you diet down.
