He guys, my name is Santi Aragon. Im 21 years old and about 15 weeks out of the USA's. Right now im weighing in at around 174lbs. I will also be doing Southern States which is 13 weeks away. Ive been dieting for about 8 weeks already. Let me know what you think and if I am on track. Thanks

legs are sick! u need more width and back thickness to match wit ur lower body, but t will come wit time. u look good for ur age keep it up bro

Very well developed balanced for such a young guy. Keep focusing on bringing up your back and chest thickness.
Having said that you're very well balanced and gives the illusion you are much heavier than you actually are.
I agree with Shelby,you should do well as a welterweight

thanks for all the nice words. im planning on being a walter or lightweight. i kind of ditched my scale and relying on pictures mostly. My height is 5'5''

You're 15 weeks out in that pic? Thats a very good headstart if so....Im guessing you'll wind up a welter? If everything progresses well, you should come in nicely I think.

Id like to see some more thickness in the back...In the rear double bicep pic you look like you could stand to add density throught the back....especially mid-back.

Your lats are high, You can inprove on that some but I agree with ^^^^ you really need lat thickness. Width would not hurt either. That small ass waist saves your life....fucker! J/K I am just jealous! If I had yor waist I would have turned pro before I tore myself to pieces! Rest of you looks rock solid though. You can improve back thickness between now and then. I think Inverted rows would help alot with the mid back as well as bent rows and one arms. I dont like deading close to shows though. Thickens obliques. Sorry I have been a trainer for 20 years and i just see exercises working those areas.

Agreed you look great. Would be nice if you were a WW. Your arms and legs are big for a LW or WW. You just need to increase you back width and thickness and you will be hard to be if condition is right. Good luck.

yes im 15 weeks out in the pic. 13 out of southern states. I think ill be a walter but but not sure. i wont be mad as a lightweight either. im just going for the best condition possible. thanks for all the kind words H.I.

hey jeff.

I agree. My back has always been a problem area for me. It may be hard to believe but it has been vastly improved over the last year. It literally sucked when I competed in Teen Nats in 2008. I think thats what cost me the overall IMO. At this point with low carbs, and the diet, its very hard to improve on thickness. I think i just have to work with what i have and maybe bring in some crazy separation.
