Do you think its better to use just plain old unflavored creatine monohydrate, or to use one of the big name fancy creatines such as: Celltech, Cellmass, SizeOn, Etc.... I usually just go with 5g mono pre, and 5g post, and load up with 20g a day every few months. I've been hearing good things about SizeOn though, so right now i'm using that. Which do you think is more effective?

I do like the taste of Cell Mass... But the majority of people I ask say just take the mono. My wallet will thank me in the long run.. As for the sugar, Im pretty sure it uses some type of artifical sweetner.

Says Muscletech. Don't fall into the Muscletech trap, they suck you in with all of the "studies" done and sell the product for $50-$70. Don't buy the Lie

8oz water mix in Gatorade power and 5g Creatine Mono. I use the powered Gator cause it has dextrose and sucrose unlike the HFC in the bottle form

In Canada they still use gluctose-fructose.

That being said, our powder doesn't have sucrose? Also, I mix half powdered gatorade and half plain pure dextrose, that way there's a little taste to mask the BCAAS.

Con Cret hands down.

I tried a couple of bottles of that, found that they went WAY too quick for the price, and it made anything you added it to taste lreally bad. The taste of con cret reminds me of the smell of puke lol if that makes any sense.

Any type of generic creatine monohydrate product that uses Creapure (micronized german-made) is good.

I picked up some g2 the other day and it was sweetened with sucrose, which is glucose/fructose. Not sure if that's what you were implying, so I'm not trying to insult your intelligence. The powder is the same way; sucrose. I thought they used to use dextrose in the powder. I'm not a huge fan of sucrose, but it's a lesser evil than fructose I guess.

Honestly I am shocked there is only one mention of Creapure.

Creapure is a highly purified version of Creatine Monohydrate (The most researched and trusted form of Creatine available. Information on Creapure (from the actual German manufacturer *its is a trademark brand* can be found here: http://creapure.com/index.php?id=28)

I am currently using Primordial's Creapure, can't go wrong for 1000g for about 17 dollars. Thats 200 servings or 8.5 cents a serving.

Con Cret hands down.

I just looked this up and its $23 bucks for a 48 capsule bottle and each capsule is only 750mgs. That is insane! Way overpriced and underdosed.

Stick with regular creatine monohydrate, 1tsp is 5mgs, much more bang for the buck and its just as good and heck of a lot cheaper! A kilo of this stuff is less than $20 bucks.

i dont think that just any creatine supplement is the same. i've used many creatine products from many top supplement companies around. but for the last 3 or 4 months i've been using AAEFX's kre-alkalyn and kre-alkalyn PRO and i gotta tell you that i definitely notice the difference when taking those products and so do my peers around me. i've tried the size-on but that just bloated the hell outta me so i didnt like it. but these caps work perfectly and give me the strength and are helping to add the size i need to attain in my off-season. you should definitely look them up and give them a try.
