Had the pleasure of meeting Sheila Wellington, the lightweight champion.*

And DIESEL!

Both women in this class were in great shape and *I don't honestly know if Wellington was judged the winner as I couldn't stay for the main event. Wellington's structure is far beyond the other competitor's, imo.

Came across Sheila Wellington at the gym, she is a nice young lady and very small but with some decent muscles for her size. I think Barbara Fletcher is a bit more massive but the same height as her. Do you think she will remember you Curt?

Wellington is gorgeous. Great structure and beautiful.

Uploaded that video more than a year ago. We were in contact for a total of probably less than three minutes, so there's no way she'd recall such a brief encounter. Don't believe I offered my name and got her name from a friend who had been talking with her in the lobby at the competition.

Unless it was such a rare thing for her to be asked for a fan pic.

I would hope that's not the case.

And please don't put her on the spot. "Hey, I have this friend who..."

Plus I'm not sure that she'd appreciate having her picture on a message board. :dunno: I've never thought of that. What do competitors expect fans do with photos?

You recall a previous episode of posting athlete pics, don't you? That bodybuilder was fine with my posting her images as she felt respected and not at all... taken advantage of? I'm not sure what the characterization would be, but she felt comfortable with the way I presented her images. Grateful for that.

In the future I may request permission to post photos and take the opportunity to get a competitor background/bio.

With contest videos there's never or rarely an opportunity to do something like that.

Anyway, I'm not telling you what to do, but I would request that you put things in as positive a light as possible if you approach her at all regarding this thread or her images.

Thanks, Ibarramedia! :beerbang:

Come on Curt. I would never put her on the spot like that. However I may ask if she is in contest prep and how it's coming along and normal everyday chitchat like you would with anyone who is not a fbb. And yes I do remember that episode. Thanks for being courteous and respectful to her. I really appreciate that. :beerbang: :ok:
