As my carb intake lowers in my diet I am noticing that my sensitivity to gas and bloating from veggies has increased.

I allways try to steam my brocolli when I can- seems easier to digest that way- but sometimes when I'm trying to squeeze my meals in during work and even in the car when traveling I can't allways heat my veggies.

I do take digestive enzymes- Papaya & Pinneapple Tablets from Trader Joes- and that helps to a point, but not really with the gas.

Are there anyother helpful digestive aids that would be OK to take?
Any thoughts on Beano? Any other recommendations?
