I'm on the Species newsletter list, and just got this in my mailbox today.


Cooking with Colette

Chili with a Twist

Ingredients:
1 lb 93% Lean Meat
2 Tbsp Peanut Flour
1 tsp Chili Powder
2 Tbsp Cocoa
2 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Lite Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Mustard
1 Clove of garlic minced
2 packets of Stevia
1 tsp salt/ pepper

Directions:
In a skillet, brown meat in soy sauce, mustard, balsamic vinegar, and minced gallic. Once you brown the meat, add the cocoa and the peanut flour add water at this point in the cooking to blend the powders. Add the chilli powder. Season with salt and pepper
