Nerve damage

I have nerve damage, torn labrum,degenrative arthritus in left shoulder.The nerve damage took away all my power and size in my left pec,left tricep. Everything else is good any special execises i can do till i have surgery,the nerves are intact and can regenerate on their own.

Might take a while for nerve regeneration.....there probably are no exercises you can do being that this sounds like a it is a case of disuse atrophy (neurological). Once you have the surgery, it should start to clear up.
